Lube oil air-cooled heat exchangers oil type АВО-М are designed for cooling and condensation of gaseous, vapor and liquid products in the technological processes of oil refining, petrochemical, gas and related industries. The field of application is the cooling of low-pressure oil at compressor stations of main gas pipelines. Heat exchangers are designed to replace ones of Hungarian origin with horizontal arrangement of heat-exchangingbays installed on supporting metal structures.

Air-cooled heat exchangers of package type with recirculation АВГ-БМР are designed for condensation and cooling of vapor, gaseous and liquid media in the technological processes of oil refining, petrochemical, gas and related industries. To prevent overcooling of the product, the vessel is equipped with a heated air recirculation unit. The vessels are supplied in two blocks (bay block and fan block) in full factory readiness and do not require assembly on site.

Air-cooled heat exchangers of package type АВГ-КБ are designed for condensation and cooling of vapor, gaseous and liquid media in the technological processes of the oil and gas refining, petrochemical and chemical industries and gas cooling at compressor units.

Air-cooled heat exchangers of package type АВГ-МБ are designed for cooling liquid media, as well as condensation of gas and vapor operating products. Cooling of the operating product is carried out with the air which is supplied under the supercharging upwards. The basis of vessel is the finned tubes, through which liquid or gas circulates. Tubes are combined into 4, 6 or 8 rows in a bay. The bays are fixed to a metal structure that can withstand seismic loads up to 9 points.


Air-cooled heat exchangers of gas with an internal recirculation chamber of the type АВГ-СВР are designed to cool the gas after the 1st and 2nd stages of the compressor and oil in the lubrication system of compressors; units with capacity of 6,000 kW for gas-lift exploitation of oil wells. The vessel consists of two horizontal bays assembled of extruded bimetallic tubes. In the bays under the finned tubes there are coils of air heating. The bays are mounted on a supporting metal structure. Fans, one of which includes a mechanism for varying the angle of blades inclination with a pneumatic driver, while rotating in the manifold cavity, drifts the air through the tube side of the bays and thus cools the product.

Air-cooled heat exchangers of small flowtype АВМ are designed for condensation and cooling of vapor, gaseous and liquid media used in the technological processes of oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, gas and other related industries.

Air cooling units with the input and output collectors are designed to cool natural gas at compressor stations of main gas pipelines.
The devices are made single and dockable. Stapled devices are designed for docking with a single or docked device when installed in a row.

Zigzag air-cooled heat exchangers with two fans type АВЗ are designed for cooling and condensation of vapor, gaseous and liquid media in the technological processes of oil refining, petrochemil and other industries. The vessel consists of six tube bays made up of finned bimetallic tubes. The tubebays are arranged in the form of a zigzag at an acute angle to each other and to a horizontal support platform. The bays are mounted on a metal structure. There is a driver with a fan impeller on a separate frame. A fan impeller while rotating in the manifold cavity, drifts the air through the tube side of a bay and thus cools the product.

Air-cooled air-cooled block-modular complete AVG-KB are designed for condensation and cooling of vapor, gaseous and liquid media in the technological processes of oil and gas refining, petrochemical and chemical industries, and gas cooling at compressor plants.

The devices are designed to cool viscous products (with a viscosity up to 2x10¯m2 / s); oil refining, petrochemical and related industries. The device consists of three horizontally arranged pipe sections, made up of finned bimetallic pipes. The structural feature of the apparatus is a reduced coefficient of finning φ = 7.8 with a diameter of the supporting tube of 38 mm. The sections are mounted on a metal structure. The drive of the fan wheel is placed on a separate frame. The fan wheel, rotating in the cavity of the collector, drives the air through the annulus, cooling the product.

Air-cooled heat exchangers of horizontal type 2АВГ are designed for cooling and condensation of gaseous, vapor and liquid media in the technological processes of oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, gas and related industries. The vessel consists of three horizontally arranged tubebays made up of finned bimetallic tubes. The bays are mounted on a metal structure. The driver of the fan impeller is placed on a separate frame.
