The apparatus consists of two tube sections made up of finned bimetallic pipes. The sections are arranged horizontally and are mounted on a metal structure. The drive of the fan wheel is placed on a separate frame. The fan wheel, rotating in the cavity of the collector, chases the air through the intertubular space of the sections, cooling the product.

At the request of the customer, the unit can additionally be equipped with a humidifier, air heater, jalousie. Blinds are made with manual adjustment or with a pneumatic drive turning the dampers.

It is possible to produce apparatus with a recirculation system consisting of panels, upper, overflow and side louvres. The recirculation unit recirculates the air heated in the pipe sections to prevent the product from subcooling in the winter.

The devices can be equipped with fan wheels made of composite materials, and electric motors - with speed converters. The use of converters leads to a reduction in power consumption and simplification of the design of the fan wheels by eliminating the installation of a pneumatic actuator for automatically adjusting the angle of rotation of the blades, and thereby facilitating the servicing of the fan wheels.

By special order it is possible to manufacture apparatus with a number of rows of 8 and with a complete set of electric motors of 37 kW.
